Return and Refund Policy

        Check if your item is eligible for return/exchange and Refund 


  •      Raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving the item by sending an email or WhatsApp.

  •       If you received a size smaller or larger than required there are no returns/refunds, just exchanges. For size returns, you are required to ship the item to us with charges borne by you. We will process returns/refunds for defective/ wrong items received.

  •      Items returned must be sent to us in unused, unworn condition with original packaging, and tags 100% intact.

  •        Please mention your Invoice/Order number in the email or WhatsApp, and state the issue.

  •       Please mail and Add photographs of the issue, to best highlight the problem.

  •       For defective/damaged/wrong items we will ship back the item at no cost to you.

  • a. If return is approved you order value will be refunded to Store Credit ( you can make use of it in coming orders ) 
    b. Incase order is cancelled from our end, your refund will be processed within 7 Working days to for respective payment mode  


       Note

  •        Cancellation without reason by the customer will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
  •        A product may vary slightly in color from the image shown on the website.
  •        A customer may exchange a product once.
